Privacy

VibeSIEM is currently a private, single-user security console. It is designed to keep sensitive infrastructure access and raw logs on the local Steve machine while sending only the information needed for remote review to this app.

Account information

Microsoft supplies the approved account's identifier, email address, and display name for authentication. VibeSIEM does not support passwords or magic-link sign-in.

Security information

As the secure sync is introduced, this service will store normalized findings, severity, supporting explanations, requested actions, and action results. Raw hosting logs and cPanel credentials are not intended to be stored here.

Use and retention

Information is used to display security findings, maintain an audit trail, and coordinate approved actions with the local agent. Retention controls will be documented before live security data is enabled.

Service providers

Microsoft provides authentication and Bluehost hosts the application. Additional subprocessors will be documented before they receive VibeSIEM data.
